Series E 15050 available in the ESD product range Series E 15050 ESD Available inner widths Bi: 50 to 600 mm Available bending radii R: 150 to 500 mm Pitch: 91 mm per link = 11 links/mSeries 15050 is suitable for the following types of applications: Vertical: hanging applications ? 100 m, standing applications ? 6 m horizontal: unsupported applications ? 4,6 m, gliding applications ? 250 m rotary motions: rotating applications possible, may require machining (machining rework is always required from rotation angles of 180°) When to use Series 15050
  • If a weight and price reduction can accompany a compromise in stability
  • If an e-chain®/e-tube with a 80 mm inner height is required
  • If an inner width up to 600 mm is required
  • For unsupported lengths up to 4,6 m and fill weights up to 54 kg/m
  • For long travels up to 250 m
  • Also suitable for side-mounted, standing and hanging applications
When not to use Series 15050
  • When the e-chain® needs to be extremely quiet (=46 db(A)) and low-vibration Series E6.80
  • If large unsupported lengths are required for side-mounted uses Series E4.80
  • When longer unsupported lengths and longer travel distances are required Series E4.80
